PCBC (Pacific Coast Builders Conference) is the annual trade show and conference for The California Building Industry Association (CBIA).

PCBC brings together influential people and companies leading the way in residential housing development. This includes:

• Homebuilders, land developers, master planning community designers
• Leading manufacturers and suppliers of building products and materials

Many food options will be located onsite at the event. From food trucks on the PCBC Plaza, a grab and go coffee cart in the lobby and a large cafe with healthy options like salads and fresh fruit on the second level, there is something for everyone.

If you purchase a Conference Max Pass, a boxed lunch will be provided. Other events that a meal is provided include PWB Bruncheon, Housing Tours.

For dinner plans during PCBC, we strongly encourage advance reservations, as restaurants tend to fill up. And we’ve got you covered—this great collection of resources includes a wide range of nearby restaurant options AND links to book a table.

An information desk will be available for attendee questions and assistance on both days of the trade show (Wednesday-Thursday, June 19-20). Located in the ACC North Lobby on the ground level; PCBC staff will be able to assist with all of your attendee needs. Attendees and exhibitors can also visit friendly PCBC staff at the registration counters also located in the ACC North Lobby. Information
