Badges
An email containing a QR Code will be sent to the email listed above one week prior to the show. Once you arrive, you will scan this QR Code at the registration desk located in the ACC North Lobby to print out your badge. If you do not have your QR Code, we can simply look up your registration by last name and/or your confirmation number listed above. All registered attendees must have a printed name badge while attending PCBC. Conference management reserves the right to withdraw the use of a badge used to gain admission by any person other than the one for whom it was assigned. Registration materials will not be mailed.

Badge Scanning
Exhibitor Scans:
When visiting exhibitors, you may be asked to have your badge scanned as a way of capturing prospect information. This is, of course, entirely optional. The QR code on your badge contains limited personal information—only the contact and demographic details you provided when registering. It does not include any payment or credit card information. The scan confirms your willingness to receive communications from that exhibitor, which are subject to the communications and privacy policies of each particular business.
Other Scans:
If you attend any conference sessions, keynotes or ticketed events you will be required to scan your badge. This information helps us determine the interests and attendance patterns of the PCBC audience, which in turn helps us tailor more effective future offerings.
Hotels
Convention Housing Management (CHM) is the only official PCBC hotel service provider. If you receive solicitations from other vendors falsely identifying themselves as a PCBC housing representative, we ask that you please notify us and do not book through these sources. Room reservations may be made by contacting PCBC Housing at 800-524-3495, email pcbc@chmrooms.com or by following this link:
Attendee Hotel Portal
Private Social Functions
Any social function and/or meeting held in the public space (which includes meeting rooms, ballrooms, suites, hotel outlets, etc.) of PCBC host hotel(s) must be pre-approved by PCBC management. These functions are generally approved provided they’re hosted by a PCBC exhibitor, sponsor or attendee, and do not conflict with PCBC functions.
Cancellations/Refunds
Should you need to cancel for any reason, notify us in writing by April 25, 2025, for a refund, less a $25 processing fee for all paid registrations ($125 for Leader-to-Leader).
Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. If PCBC cancels a ticketed event, a full refund for that ticket purchase will be issued.
In the unlikely event PCBC is officially canceled for any reason, a full refund of registration fees paid will be issued. PCBC is not liable for related expenses, including but not limited to hotel, travel, etc.
Transfers
You may transfer your registration at any time for no additional fee. If you would like to make a substitution, please contact Kevin Coyle at kevin@pcbc.com.
Children Policy
No persons under the age of 16, including infants (and strollers), are permitted on the Exhibit Floor or in any educational session. Front packs may be allowed for registered attendees carrying infant children.
Audio/Visual Recording
California Building Industry Association (CBIA) and its affiliates reserve the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Show Management in the course of the show, for whatever use deemed proper by Show Management. CBIA has the exclusive right to include photographic, video, and other visual portrayals of attendees, any Exhibitors and their booth including its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without any compensation, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be CBIA’s sole property free of any claims of the Attendee/Exhibitor or any persons deriving any rights or interest on their behalf.
Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique exhibit displays, photography and/or video recordings of any display by any attendee/exhibitor personnel, other than the official photographer, is not allowed without permission from the exhibitor.
Education
The views, opinions and positions expressed by the presenters are theirs alone, and do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions or positions of CBIA, PCBC or its affiliates. PCBC is not responsible for any statements and/or presentations made during the PCBC Show.

Users must behave respectfully and professionally when creating or submitting UGC. Content that is discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or contains hate speech, threats, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
UGC should not infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights.
4. Accuracy and Authenticity:
Users should ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the UGC they create or share. Misleading information, false claims, or impersonation of others should be avoided.
CBIA and PCBC are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of UGC but may take corrective action if inaccuracies are identified.
5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when creating or sharing UGC.
UGC should not contain any illegal, obscene, or pornographic material.
6. Attribution and Privacy:
CBIA and PCBC will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate attribution for UGC when used. However, users should be aware that UGC may sometimes be shared without explicit attribution.
Users should respect the privacy of others and should not share personal information without appropriate consent.

Users should not use UGC to promote or advertise their own products, services, or businesses without prior authorization from CBIA or PCBC.
CBIA and PCBC may, at their discretion, feature UGC for promotional purposes.
8. Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify and hold CBIA and PCBC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the use of their UGC.
Modification of the Policy:
CBIA and PCBC reserve the right to modify or update this UGC Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on the official websites or platforms.
