California Title 24: What’s New for '22, What to Expect for '25

New changes to the California Building Energy Code went into effect January 1, 2023, and still more changes are expected for the upcoming 2025 code. In addition to these code changes, this session will explain policy motivations and background driving the code, potential increases to the costs of compliance, and available incentive programs. Additionally, we'll explore the extended implications this will have for grid and infrastructure impacts, as well as homebuyer expectations.
