Rachael Kish serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Christopher Todd Communities, headquartered in Mesa, AZ. She joined Christopher Todd Communities in early 2022 and is focused on Christopher Todd Communities' national expansion. A seasoned professional, Rachael has worked in the multifamily arena for twenty years, most recently as a Regional Portfolio Director in the Phoenix market; overseeing thousands of units across all asset classes – from repositions to Build-to-Rent.
Rachael serves on the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), is the Co-Chair of the AMA Education Committee, and is a regular instructor. Rachael is a frequent speaker serving as either a panelist or moderator for Multifamily Leadership, Multifamily Women, Zonda, and IMN. In 2022 Rachael was appointed to the Arizona Department of Real Estate Education Advisory Committee (EAC) by previous Commissioner Louis Dettorre.
Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University, Indiana. Rachael, with her husband, Jason, has two children, Samuel and Jana. Rachael is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and is pursuing her Private Pilot’s License. Her volunteer passion focuses on the fight to end human trafficking.
