Parsing the Data: A Deeper Dive into Consumer Research

As a follow-up to their earlier presentations, J. Walker Smith and Teri Slavik-Tsuyuki will engage in an open, interactive, “unplugged” conversation about their research—macro and micro—and what surprised them, what perplexed them, how to make sense of seemingly contradictory feedback, and what to do when you reach the end of what research can tell you. The conversation will be fueled by the audience as well, so come with questions, comments and curiosity about consumer insights and how we can all get better at uncovering them.
