PCBC's first show was in 1959 and was called the Pacific Coast Builders Conference.

Over our 60+ year history, we've become known more informally as PCBC. 

Feel free to use either name for our show!

You'll have complete freedom to go broad on education—focusing on your own field and listening on other disciplines as well. PCBC programming will deliver high-level ideas, inspiration and solutions across a wide range of disciplines: Design Trends ... Consumer Insights ... Land & Capital ... Strategy & Leadership ...Multifamily Housing ... Legislative & Regulatory Challenges. Also, 15 AIA CE approved sessions.

PCBC is open to anyone professionally involved in the building industry. This includes, but is not limited to: builders, developers, architects, remodelers, designers, contractors, dealers/distributors and suppliers/manufacturers. PCBC is not a public event.

All proceeds from PCBC fund the California Building Industry Association’s legislative and regulatory efforts to protect the housing industry. Your registration fee helps in that effort.
