The RESNET HERS Index is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured, and state and local governments across the nation are adding it as a performance compliance option to their building energy code. RESNET HERS Index Ratings are used in California for national programs such as appraisals, sustainability reporting and mortgage financing.
