Leveraging HERS Index Scores for Higher Appraisals, Sustainability Reporting and Mortgage Financing
The RESNET HERS Index is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured, and state and local governments across the nation are adding it as a performance compliance option to their building energy code. RESNET HERS Index Ratings are used in California for national programs such as appraisals, sustainability reporting and mortgage financing. This session will provide an overview of the RESNET HERS Index and how you can use its ratings to your company's benefit.
