Nader Adly is senior vice president of supply chain management with AHV Communities, the pioneer of Built-for-Rent® single-family rental home communities. In his role, he oversees national supply chain management, purchasing, procurement and strategic homebuilding initiatives.

Adly previously managed the national supply chain and commodities (direct and indirect) at KB Home. In his role, he set KB Home’s commodity buying strategy on a national level and guided its execution and compliance. Notably, he led the builder’s transition effort from a traditional stick framing operation to offsite construction, reducing construction cycle time and waste at the construction site. He is also credited with leading multiple enterprise projects for the company including the national rollout of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to 600 salespeople.

Prior to his tenure with KB Home, Adly held a senior management consulting role with Accenture, formerly Anderson Consulting, where he led high-performing teams to drive business value through technology delivery on high profile and high impact strategy, technology, and operational initiatives. In this role, he consulted Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, insurance, electronics high-tech, and media and entertainment industries.

Adly obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Oak Brook College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in computer science, with high honors, from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a licensed attorney in California, and is based in the company’s Costa Mesa, California office.
