Team members and partners in our workplaces and job sites make up the lifeline to customer value creation and success. This session will crystallize what commitment to employee value creation means, and how it bears directly on business profitability and growth. Becoming a “best place to work” or a “builder of choice” or a “most trusted partner” means looking through a new lens at how each member engages with a team’s purpose and in turn gains a feeling of value even as he, she, they devote effort, talent, and discipline up front. It’s an inside job, and this session will approach company talent challenges – recruitment, retention, engagement – in a real-world, on the ground tactical work session.
