Badge Scanning
Exhibitor Scans: You may be asked to have your badge scanned at exhibit booths; please note scanning of your badge is entirely optional. The QR code on your badge contains limited personal information. When your badge is scanned, you are authorizing that exhibitor to collect your contact details you provided during the PCBC registration process. The scan also confirms your intent to receive communications from that exhibitor. You will be subject to the communications and privacy policies of the exhibitors.

Event Management Scans: You further agree that PCBC may monitor your choices with event participant tracking technology in order to better understand attendee interests and ensure our services meet attendee needs. PCBC will use this information internally in compliance with applicable laws. Data will be archived after five (5) years.

Conference Program Scans: If you attend any conference programming, keynotes or events you will be required to scan your badge. Your information, including your name, may be shared with conference producers and Event partners and/or sponsors.

Hotels
Convention Housing Management (CHM) is the only official PCBC housing service provider.  If you receive any solicitations from other vendors incorrectly identifying themselves as the official PCBC 2023 Housing Representative, we ask that you please contact Show Management immediately and do not book through these solicitations.

Room reservations may be made by contacting PCBC Housing at 800-524-3495,  email pcbc@chmrooms.com or by following this link: PCBC 2023 Attendee Hotel Portal.

Any social function and/or meeting held in the public space (includes meeting rooms, ballrooms, hotel outlets, etc) of PCBC host hotel(s) must be pre-approved by Conference Management. Most social functions are not restricted, with the exception of the request that these functions do not take place during official scheduled conference and trade show times, including the receptions.

Cancellations/Refunds
Should you need to cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by April 3, 2023 for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee for all paid registrations.

Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. If PCBC cancels a ticketed event, a full refund for that ticket purchase will be issued. In addition, PCBC reserves the right to modify or cancel conference education sessions; however, this may not constitute a refund.

In the unlikely event PCBC is officially canceled for any reason, a full refund of registration fees paid will be issued. PCBC is not liable for any other expenses including but not limited to hotel, travel, etc.

Transfers
You may transfer your pass at any time for no additional fee. If you would like to make a substitution, please contact Kevin Coyle at kevin@pcbc.com or call (916) 325-9300 ext. 356.

Assumption of Risk
California no longer requires individuals to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test for large indoor events, but they remain a strong recommendation. Masks will not be required for large indoor events but are also recommended. PCBC will continue to closely monitor the situation and will update any COVID requirements as we get closer to the show dates in May. Safety and health continue to be a priority.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
