Leader-to-Leader Annual Forum
Monday, October 4 & Tuesday, October 5
Omni La Costa Resort and Spa // Carlsbad, California
23RD ANNUAL
This invitation-only gathering is designed exclusively for CEOs, presidents, division presidents and executive leadership from America’s top homebuilding and development companies.
The four-star resort setting is relaxed and fosters candid and rich conversation between peers facing similar challenges. Perhaps one of the most valued aspects of this gathering is the comradery and the opportunity to cultivate connections.
Endorsed by Leading Builders of America, the invitation list for Leader-to-Leader includes LBA members, Builder 200 companies, National Quality Award recipients, Builder of the Year and other award-winning builders. Special consideration is given to private builders that are leaders in their specific region but may not be a Builder 200. If you are a qualifying builder interested in requesting an invitation or a company interested in sponsoring, please contact Linda Baysari Lenzmeier at linda@pcbc.com.

He will discuss what the Biden Administration’s climate, environmental justice, and infrastructure plans mean for housing and community development.
As we discuss America’s racial reckoning alongside issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, we shouldn't just think in terms of quotas or grievances. Instead, we should think about stories — the ones we tell ourselves about “us” and the ones we tell ourselves about “them.” Baratunde Thurston sees an opportunity to tell a story of “we” instead. Through his own story, examples from the real world, and the strategic integration of humor, Baratunde invites audiences to build businesses, organizations, and societies that recognize the value of us all.
