The PCBC 2019 Conference and Exhibit Hall is May 30-31.(Other events, such as Hall of Fame Gala and Leader-to-Leader are earlier that week.)  PCBC 2019 is at the Moscone Center, San Francisco.

Because of the sizable number of rooms we occupy, PCBC is able to negotiate more favorable hotel rates (as much as 30% cheaper) than you would find on your own.
Yes, you may register onsite, although you run the risk of events being sold out. We really encourage you to pre-register--see why here.
With the passport registration you get access to all education sessions for the Re-Think Conference, Land & Capital Forum, Multifamily Trends Forum on Wednesday and/or Thursday (depending on if you purchase 1-Day or 2-Day option). It also includes two-day exhibit floor access, "Open-to-All" Education, and the General Session Keynotes. Ticketed events not included.
Not only will you get full access to PCBC's Exhibit Hall and access to over 350 product manufacturers, your pass gets you into the General Session Keynotes, open-to-all education sessions, and the opportunity to view our PCBC's Parade of Products display. View more information here.

Registration materials will not be mailed. You'll receive a confirmation email approximately 2 weeks before the show containing a unique bar code, which you’ll use to check-in when you arrive at Moscone Center.

PCBC is a professional tradeshow. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the Exhibit Floor. All attendees must be at least 18 to participate in educational programming. Infants may be carried by backpack or sling. No strollers will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Coat check is available to store strollers at a nominal fee.

If you have an exisiting login, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields. If you've forgotten your login, you can retrieve it from the login screen. If you do not have a login, create a new account.

You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Event Map page or the Exhibitor List page.

To perform a more extensive search, use the Advanced Search feature on the Exhibitor List page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.

The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab.

Visit the Product Showcase and click on the search box at the top to search by keyword, category or subcategory.
Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.
  1. You must be a current exhibitor for the upcoming show year to access the Exhibitor Service Center.

  2. Click here or copy + paste this URL in your browser: http://www.pcbc.com/PCBC/Public/e_ExhibitorConsole.aspx.

  3. Login using your Password (sent in your exhibitor confirmation email).

  4. Current or recent exhibitors can retrieve their password by entering the email address of the Primary Contact we have on file for their company. This will only work with the Primary Contact's email address.

All exhibitors and Exhibitor Apporinted Contractors will need to submit an Insurance Certificate. Also, if applicable, some exhibitors will need to submit a Booth Variation Request Form and an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form

For more information on forms and to submit them online, log in to the Exhibitor Service Center using the password found in your Exhibitor Confirmation email.

To access registration for booth staff, log in to the Exhibitor Service Center using the password found in your Exhibitor Confirmation email.

Lead Retrieval online ordering, the Freeman Online Service Kit (including other vendor order forms) can be found by logging into the Exhibitor Service Center using the password found in your Exhibitor Confirmation email.

Log in to the Exhibitor Service Center using the password found in your Exhibitor Confirmation email to access Marketing Tool such as:

  1. Complimentary Exhibit Floor Passes for your clients
  2. Parade of Products entry
  3. Media List
  4. Sponsorship Gallery

To update your eBooth information:

  1. Log in to the Exhibitor Service Center using the password found in your Exhibitor Confirmation email.
  2. Once logged in, select Exhibitor Profile (eBooth)
  3. Fill in your company information.
  4. Click on the "Save" button.

All exhibitors receive one Press Release upload. In order to add other items like Products, Show Specials and Videos, you will need to choose an upgraded Digital Promotion Package. Visit the Digital Promotion Packages page and enter your company password (sent in your Exhibitor Confirmation email) to see upgrade options.

Once you have purchased an upgrade, update/add Products, Show Specials, Press Releases and Videos, following the below instructions:

  1. Login to the Exhibitor Service Center with your company password (sent in your Exhibitor Confirmation email) and click on Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, or Videos.

  2. Enter the description/images in the appropriate fields.

  3. Click on the "Add" button to save and exit.

Press Releases, Show Specials, Products and Videos you've added will also appear in their respective galleries for Attendees to browse. Note: Some items require upgrade to Digital Promotion Package. For more information, view the related FAQ section on these items.
