Key Buyers Club
Buyers and exhibitors alike gave last year’s Key Buyers Club big kudos. The scheduling software, private meeting rooms and tailored events translated into hundreds of one-on-one meetings with exhibitors. This year we’re expanding the program by hosting more buyers from midsize private builders and the multifamily sector. We’re doubling the number of private offices and giving PCBC exhibitors the opportunity to request meetings in advance with buyers.
The PCBC Key Buyers Club is a VIP program for purchasing teams from high volume builders. It is designed to facilitate private, productive meetings between builders and their manufacturer partners. Simply put, it cuts through the randomness of a large tradeshow experience by putting buyers and sellers face-to-face through scheduled appointments, as well as in relaxed, catered networking sessions. It is also a peer-to-peer learning opportunity, where major builders can share perspectives on significant issues facing the industry today. See the Key Buyers who committed to PCBC 2012!
Leading Builders of America, an organization of 20 of the largest homebuilders in the nation, has endorsed PCBC as its official annual event and sends national and regional buying teams to participate. Invitations are also extended to major builders throughout the country, the largest multifamily developers, and buyers from California’s top Housing Agencies and Authorities.
Builders and manufacturers benefit through direct dialogue and the efficiency and convenience of scheduled appointments, all condensed into a single, two-day event. Beyond that, the industry benefits when we engage in these kinds of business-building exchanges. PCBC directly funds the governmental affairs efforts of the California Building Industry Association and Leading Builders of America. These organizations work tirelessly to overcome legislative and regulatory barriers to homeownership, at both the state and federal level. An investment in PCBC is an investment in advocacy for housing.
KBC Meeting Space
PCBC will provide a private meeting facility and lounge conveniently located on the exhibit floor. Key Buyers Club members will have access to this facility throughout the show (June 5-6, 2013) in order to conduct meetings and network with manufacturers and suppliers. This custom-built structure will feature private meeting rooms, business services, club concierge, and a comfortable lounge serving food and refreshments.
