TRAIN TO THE RANCH
Rancho Mission Viejo is the last working cattle ranch in Orange County. Over the next two decades, its villages are expected to yield 14,000 homes, including 6,000 active adult residences, and five million s.f. of non-residential uses. PCBC attendees will have the opportunity to preview this remarkable community and visit Sendero, its first village, which will publicly debut in late June 2013.
