The Next Horizon:  Exploring Chula Vista's Expanding Landscape

We invite you to join us in exploring the major projects shaping South County, including insights directly from the developers of the Gaylord Pacific Hotel and BIA San Diego builder and developer members working within the master-planned  communities of Otay Ranch.

Much of the remaining developable land in the San Diego region is located in Chula Vista, a rapidly growing area poised for significant expansion. BIA San Diego's Young Generation of Leaders (y|GEN) plays a vital role in advocating for increased housing opportunities throughout the region.

The BIA of San Diego y|GEN conference will take place in conjunction with PCBC on Wednesday, July 29, 206 at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center.
