Liz Claman is an anchor at FOX Business Network, where she has hosted The Claman Countdown since joining the network in 2007. Austin Woffinden is Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations and Strategy at Meritage Homes, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. He oversees land acquisition and development, homebuilding operations, product design, innovation, purchasing, customer service, sales and marketing, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Prior to his current role, Mr. Woffinden served for eight years as Area President for the Dallas/Fort Worth and Nashville markets, where he drove company-leading performance through strong operational execution and culture development. 

Warren Wooten, AICP has dedicated his career to neighborhood revitalization, bringing over two decades of experience across nonprofits, local government, and the private sector. Known for his expertise in housing policy and community development, Warren thrives on crafting creative housing solutions, building strategic partnerships, and guiding the next generation of professionals. As Charlotte's Assistant Director of Affordable Housing, Warren is committed to public service, overseeing a multi-million-dollar investment portfolio that advances homelessness prevention, affordable housing development, homeownership expansion, and community revitalization.

Adrian Foley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Residential, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Land Development and Housing Operations across North America. He leads the organization in advancing its vision, performance, and culture while guiding continued growth across all markets. He began his career with the company in 1996 and has since held numerous senior leadership positions, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operational performance and key growth initiatives throughout the business.

Margaret Whelan is the Founder and CEO of Whelan Advisory, a boutique investment bank she established in 2014 after two decades in leadership roles at UBS and JPMorgan. As CEO, she provides a highly tailored level of service to housing and construction companies seeking to raise capital or pursue M&A transactions. Leveraging over 30 years of investment banking experience, Whelan acts as a vital bridge between "Main Street" housing companies and "Wall Street" capital. Over the past eight years, she has advised on more than 45 transactions with a total value exceeding $15 billion, earning her the industry reputation of “The Closer”. 

Brandon Sharp is Chief Information Officer of Brookfield Residential, responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy and innovation across its North American operations. He leads the development of digital platforms and data systems that enhance collaboration, strengthen financial and operational performance, and deliver meaningful insights to support the company’s continued growth. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and information systems leadership, Brandon has held numerous senior roles shaping technology and performance across the land and housing industry before joining Brookfield Residential in 2018. 

Bobby Vance serves as the Director of the Housing Innovation Challenge, a national academic design-build competition and innovation platform that brings together universities, industry leaders, and municipalities to test new housing solutions at full scale. Through this role, he works with builders, cities, and research partners to advance strategies that reduce the total cost of housing while demonstrating new approaches to delivery, constructability, and long-term performance. Vance is also an architect, educator, and researcher who serves as Assistant Professor of Building Design and Fellow in the Center for Design Research at Virginia Tech, where he leads the Design-Assemble program within the School of Architecture.

Matt Melcher is an Associate Professor and Head of the Architecture Program at Washington State University. His teaching and scholarship examine contemporary issues shaping housing design and construction. Melcher has received grant funding, publication, and has lectured domestically and abroad on the use of modular design and off site construction to achieve housing affordability. His work-in-practice has been recognized with local, regional and national awards from professional organizations including the American Institute of Architects, Interior Design Educators Council, the Design Communication Association, and Luxe Design + Interiors.  Professor Melcher received a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Environmental Design from the University of Washington.

Gene Myers is the founder and Chief Sustainability Officer of Thrive Home Builders, a Denver-based company renowned for its leadership in green building and healthy home innovation. Since its inception in 1992, Thrive has set industry benchmarks with over a dozen U.S. Department of Energy Housing Innovation Awards and multiple EPA Indoor airPLUS Leader Awards. Under Gene’s guidance, Thrive pioneered the integration of energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and carbon reduction in production homes. Gene’s leadership philosophy emphasizes purpose-driven innovation. He believes that differentiation is key for smaller builders, stating, “The riskiest thing you can do is to be just like everybody else.”

Doug Woodward’s 36 years of homebuilding experience include a diverse range of product types from single-family detached to multi-family podium and has included many infill, redevelopment communities.  In his career Woodward has held senior management positions at public and Private homebuilders including Greystone Homes, Lennar Homes, K Hovnanian, Standard Pacific Homes, The New Home Company, and Brookfield Residential.  During his career Doug has planned and delivered over 12,000 homes throughout Southern California.

Jason Glasgow leads LA Metro rebuild and single-lot homebuilding operations for Sekisui House US, a top five US homebuilder. With more than 25 years of experience across development, construction, and capital markets, he focuses on translating manufacturing discipline into repeatable outcomes in the most regulated housing markets in the country. His current work on post-fire rebuilds emphasizes execution under constraint, systems improvement, and accelerating LA's Rebuild progress by delivering homes on time and within budget.

As the President and CEO of CBIA, Dan Dunmoyer is strongly committed to ensuring that the organization continues to be the leading voice of housing in California and efforts to ensure the American Dream of homeownership is attainable for all Californians.
