As the 2026 Leader-to-Leader Chair, Adrian Foley brings a forward-looking perspective shaped by nearly three decades of leadership within the homebuilding industry. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Residential, he oversees the company’s land development and housing operations across North America, guiding its strategic direction, performance, and long-term growth.

Since joining Brookfield Residential in 1996, Adrian has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution—holding a range of senior leadership positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer. His deep expertise across operations, capital strategy, and market expansion positions him to lead this year’s conversations around the future of housing, innovation, and industry collaboration.
