Pitchfest, presented by the Housing Innovation Alliance took place at PCBC 2025 in Anaheim, California.

Held on June 11, 2025, at the Anaheim Convention Center, the event selected ten finalists to pitch for the chance to win cash prizes and a potential $100,000 investment from Home Technology Ventures.

This year’s finalists provided cutting-edge solutions that tackle housing’s biggest challenges like supply shortages, housing attainability, environmental impact, home management, and adapting existing homes.
