PCBC has created a Marketing Toolkit for you, our exhibitors and sponsors, to use pre-show. We want to help you leverage your investment at PCBC by driving traffic to your booth and raising awareness of your presence on the show floor.

We know that you invest so much in your experience at PCBC--from booking your space and creating your messaging to booking travel and sending materials to the show--it's our goal to help you maximize your marketing efforts.

Onsite Media - Press Kits

Exhibitors are welcome to drop off media kits (either in folders or on USBs) at the Media Office, located in Hall D, Lobby. The Media Office is staffed with communications staff who will be able to assist you.

The hours are:
Tuesday, June 27.... 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday, June 28...8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, June 29....8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Direct Mail Marketing 

Use the PCBC Pre Show Attendee Target List to market attendees before the show and let them know you will be on the Exhibit Floor. This a one-time use list rental will be available and emailed on May 25, 2017 and must be used by June 26, 2017. You will be provided with an Excel file that includes: Name, Title, Company, Mailing Address, & Primary Business Focus (no phone or email).

Social Media Tips

Update your Facebook, Twitter and other social media pages about your participation at PCBC 2017.

Break the message into several parts and/ or re-post at least twice a month between now and the event. Give your followers teasers to the products/services you will be displaying, indicating what additional information will be revealed on the show floor. We've written a list of a few suggested posts to get you started.  

Also, promote your booth on PCBC’s social media platforms. Copy your social media updates (described above) and post them on our sites—a great way to advertise your booth and your business to prospective buyers. We're on Facebook ( and Twitter ( #PCBC or #PCBC2017.
