Brian Gaudio believes that everyone deserves access to good design. Formerly a designer at Walt Disney Imagineering, he is now CEO of Module, a leading builder of Zero Energy Ready modular homes.




Gene Eidelman is cofounder of Azure Printed Homes, the first company to 3D print complete structures using primarily recycled plastic polymer materials—pioneering a truly sustainable way to build responsibly for generations to come.




Megan Eltringham is corporate VP of marketing for The New Home Company, where she leads the integrated marketing campaigns and brand management standards across all divisions in California and Arizona.




Ken Peterson is VP of sales and marketing for Shea Homes. He is a past recipient of the TecHome Builder Arc of Achievement award, recognizing extraordinary progress in the adoption of technology in new homes.

Steven Baczek is a nationally recognized architect with over 28 years of experience designing and developing healthy, high-performing residential structures, including many of the nation’s top energy conscious homes.




Adam Miller is Vice President of Microgrids at Sunnova Energy, where he helped pioneer the Adaptive Community™ enabling residents and businesses to produce, store, and share power across their neighborhood




Chris Murphy is Chief Strategy Officer for Mighty Buildings, a company using patented 3D printing technology to revolutionize sustainable home construction. Using innovative material science, robotics, and automation, their goal is to produce fully carbon-neutral houses by 2028.




Adam DeHeer is president & CEO of LeapFrog Design. Trained as a landscape architect, he uses design thinking to create beautiful and resilient products and places. Adam specializes in collaborative design and regenerative infrastructure.




Lisa De Jesus, founder of ADU Gurus LLC, is an expert at navigating the complexities of permitting, financing, building and installing Accessory Dwelling Units on single-family parcels or multifamily lots.




Harry Statter is founder & CEO of Frontline Wildfire Defense, creators of an IoT-based wildfire protection system and geospatial software platform—leveraging technology to harden properties and protect homes and businesses from wildfire.
