Timeline is changing what it means to build a high value, smart home in the Bay Area. We are one of a handful of builders nationwide, that can build 5M + custom homes with passive technology, a minimum impact to the environment, all while creating beautiful homes our clients will enjoy for decades to come.
We are a design-build firm, meaning there are in-house Architects and Interior designers and in-house project managers. We take the project from start to finish. The start is the initial design, working with homeowners, and the finish is the completion of the construction.
For more than 30 years we have built custom homes in Los Altos, Portola Valley, Menlo Park, Atherton, Capitola and other affluent neighborhoods in the SF Bay Area.
