Attend PCBC

No other event in the homebuilding industry draws more influential builders, provides more opportunity for quality connection, engagement and dialogue, or brings together richer intersections of capital, whether human, intellectual or financial.

Through high-level educational conferences, exclusive networking venues, a curated exhibit floor, and unique programs designed to connect buyers and sellers, PCBC provides a forum for members of the homebuilding industry and their manufacturing partners to productively engage.

Education

Each year, PCBC presents a high-caliber educational conference for the homebuilding community, plus dynamic keynote sessions from some of the brightest talents in business, journalism, sports and entertainment. Focused on best-practice case studies and game-changing ideas and innovation, PCBC's education is presented by a faculty of housing's most respected thinkers and practitioners, as well as leading outside visionaries who bring a fresh perspective to the industry.

Connections

PCBC has always been, ultimately, about the people—the rich connections with housing's leaders that can't be found at other homebuilding events. These connections occur at celebrated galas like the Gold Nugget Awards and Hall of Fame Gala; in educational conferences that create organic networking environments; and through facilitated engagements like the Key Buyers Club

Exhibit Floor

An extensive marketplace showcasing the latest innovations in homebuilding product and service solutions, PCBC's exhibit floor also hosts annual features such as model show homes and specialty pavilions. Our tradeshow floor is vibrant, dynamic, thoughtfully curated, and strategically engineered to drive value for our exhibitors and provide better ways for buyers to discover the latest products in housing.

Targeted Buyer/Seller Programs

The PCBC hosted buyer event the Key Buyers Club facilitates private meetings between regional buyers and PCBC exhibitors in what has become one of the most highly regarded business exchanges in the housing industry.
