Started over 50 years ago as the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, PCBC brings together people creating better communities, imagining and building the places where we love to live.
While PCBC made its name as a homebuilding event, the show has evolved with the market, and for over 10 years we’ve catered to major builders in both single-family and multifamily housing. (Nearly half of PCBC’s builder audience is active in multifamily development.) The Multifamily Trends Conference, held annually in conjunction with PCBC and produced in partnership with Marcus & Millichap, is an executive level summit for builders, investors, managers, and owners in for-rent and for-sale multifamily housing.
